One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to abuse the bonus system is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, 555g reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit their balances.

Providing Accurate Information

Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are supported for transactions at 555g:

Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these are not accepted.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required. Withdrawals may be sent back via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Currency & Transactions
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Please double-check the amount before making a deposit or withdrawal to ensure transaction accuracy. Once a transaction has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳54,000. This bonus can only be used once and applies to one account.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, bets totalling 25x the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total (deposit + bonus). For example: after completing ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
Bonus Abuse Prohibition
Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers is strictly prohibited. This includes: collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, registering using another person's identity, and any attempt to manipulate the system. If such activity is detected, 555g reserves the right to immediately close the account and cancel the bonus.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
The 555g VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier based on regular play. The cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers.
Bronze Tier
Up to 0.3% weekly cashback. New members begin their journey at this tier.
Silver Tier
Up to 0.6% weekly cashback. Achievable through regular participation.
Gold Tier
Up to 0.9% weekly cashback. More advanced benefits for experienced players.
Platinum Tier
Up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Maximum benefits and priority service.

Disconnection Policy
If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game session is generally saved. However, 555g is not responsible for any outcomes arising from such situations. Playing with a stable internet connection is recommended.
